 Administrative supervisor over departmental personnel including bursar, career service, financial aid, registrar,
student service, and co-director the receptionist; and acts as liaison between campus and corporate program
directors/coordinators who audit/train each department.

related to facility and space management, equipment and supply management, records, forms, and publications
management, inventory management, financial administration, management/cost analyses, and miscellaneous

requirements and forecasts to determine categories and quantities of items, as required.
 Initiate and prepare AIM procurement actions related to facility management/maintenance via agency systems and
procedures.
 Veteran Administration Certifying Official to include maintaining records for each eligible veteran.
 Experience in coordinating administrative requirements with offices served; providing procedural assistance on routine
administrative matters; maintaining databases; and, compiling a variety of reports requested by the Campus Executive
Director.
 Study and analyze space utilization and requirements for the campus facilities.
 Track all employees’ attendance, vacation, and sick time. Assist with payroll by collecting and organizing all hours
performed by employees and subsequently signing off on the submittals.
 Assist in above mention departments when necessary to assure continuity during vacancies or backup as needed in
the departments.
 Assist with Accreditation Reports, State Reports, and IPEDS Reports.
 Assist Campus Executive Director with problems solving and any issues within the campus, it include student
grievances, and assist in IT troubleshooting for the campus servicer.
 Experience and knowledge of management principles, practices, methods, and functions, including the ability to
interpret, analyze, evaluate data and draw sound conclusions; experience gathering, researching, and providing
technical information in response to inquiries; demonstrated experience using computers and variety of software
programs to carry out daily responsibilitiesMaintain a positive working relationship with school and corporate staff
and students.
 In the absence of the Campus Executive Director, I would administratively supervise staff and make decisions with
