Identify content, write and produce Wilmer Wire, an online publication.
Produce videos of grateful patients, physicians and research news.
Generate annual stewardship letters in an attractive and informative
format.
Administrative Coordinator 2010-2012
Provided administrative support for the six-member staff of the
Development office, including the Director, three major gift officers and
two development coordinators.
Responsible for managing the office including: coordinating office
services, appointment calendars, office moves, purchases, repairs,
maintenance, files, travel arrangements, using the internal (SAP) process
for purchasing and submitting reimbursements.
Coordinated the VIP referrals program for Wilmer donors, interacting
directly with donor-patients and their physicians as well as schedulers.

delivery of equipment, and assisted in setup/breakdown.
Created mail merges, excel spreadsheets, generated reports and ensured

Provided administrative support and managed Dr. Behren’s office and
lab including the research fellows. Responsible for monitoring the
budget, coordinating all office services (records control, office moves,

events/workshops.
Managed Dr. Behrens’ clinic and surgical schedule to ensure efficiency,

and third party insurance to resolve issues.
Assisted research fellows with their credentialing, protocols, and
experiments.
Utilized Epic, Epr, and Ormis systems to assist in patient care and the

Proactively interacted with development to identify potential donors.
