1. Summary: Enrollment Project specialist - responsible for providing support for the operations of the
Office of Student Registration Services and processing of registrations from application to payment to
ensure students are properly enrolled in their classes.
Job Description
 Register students in person, by telephone and by mail and provide students with college-wide
information including assistance with internet registration.
 Create and/or modify Registration and/or Student Affair documents for office and student wide
use.
 Design and develop reports which assess the effectiveness of registration activities.
 Assist with creating test students for purposes of testing the student system and processes from IT.
 Assist with the processing of medical appeals; cover letters, verification of student attendance with
instructors in preparation for committee meetings.
 Provide administrative support to the Enrollment Support Center with Dual Credit registrations
during critical registration periods.
 Assist students, community members and staff with their questions and concerns, both in person
and over the telephone, regarding admissions, registration, residency, courses, class schedules,
restrictions, prerequisites, financial aid, payment and refund policies and make proper referrals,if
required.
 Maintain an in-depth knowledge of College policy and student privacy policies according to
FERPA by attending seminars and participate in departmental and College-wide committees.
Requirements
 Knowledge of SARS to register students for appointment sessions or eventsand update their record
as required.
 Associates Degree or Equivalent Degree.
 Two years of office experience with extensive public contact.
 Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Yes, I do believe that I will be enjoying this position as I will be able to communicate with people from
