I have, and continue to, learn a great deal outside of my usual duties. I have done this through gaining respect and
trust from senior managers and putting myself forward to take on higher responsibilities such as assisting with
marketing events, producing and distributing newsletters and managing building and office availability.

 Managing the reception for a shared office space.
 Call management (handling approximately 40-50 calls per day).
 Meet and greet tenants, clients and customers on reception in a professional manner.
 Answering the telephone and responding to emails in line with company procedures.
 Dealing with tenant requests in a prompt and timely manner whether face to face or on the telephone.
 Monitor and maintain office equipment and request new supplies from Administrator.
