I am a hard working, energetic and conscientious individual, committed to my work. My
background includes working in administration, experienced in working with computers and
proficient in other office duties such as emailing, faxing and photocopying. I have an excellent
telephone manner, enjoy meeting new people and have a friendly approach. A well organised
person who is able to work and supervise a team, as well as working individually to achieve the
best possible outcomes. I am always keen to expand my knowledge and skills and take on new

Helping people find insurance brokers for commercial and private insurance. In this role I
established what insurance a client would request and pass them through to a relevant insurance
broker that is part of the association. This role would have me dealing with all types of insurance
from Indemnity, Public liability, Product Liability, Employers Liability, Buildings, Motor, Travel and
Goods in transit.

Motability 2013 - 2014
Working as a customer service advisor for the prospecting department, dealing with fist time
customers to the motability scheme. In this role I would answer the phones and give advice about
the scheme that is available for people on disability benefits. I would then arrange an appointment
for the relevant vehicle that is required.
