CMC Ltd - ( For Tata Consultancy Services “PASSPORT SEVA PROJECT”) Since Sept ' 2011
CMC has came with a project called Passport Seva Project which has been awarded by Ministry of External
Affairs to TCS. Now CMC Ltd has merged in “Tata Consultancy Services”. TCS has opened “Passport Seva
Kendra’s” in all across the country for this project and which will helps the govt. to speed up the passport
issuance to the public of India. Apart from the TCS staffs, Govt officials will also sit in the same office to issue
the passport. The office set up will be like one of the new generation bank with waiting launch, cafeteria, token
counter and service desk etc.

 Reviewing and monitoring the equipment AMC contract such as Fire fighting equipments, D.G, Fax Machine,
EPBAX system, A.C., Cash counting machine & etc.
 Preventive maintenance of UPS, DG, Capacitor panel, HVAC panel, Distribution boxes,
 Maintained all LV devices (CCTV, BAS, PAS, ACS, PFE and Cables) installed in PSK.
 Preparation of Daily Incidence and NON IT Dash-Board report and Closing them on regular interval
 Dealing with vendors & OEM for AMC of concerned equipments
 Maintained Preventive Maintenance tracker in order to get services on Schedules time.
 Maintained File notes for approval of expenses in order get faulty equipments rectified.
 Updating the details in the system & also look for NO dues clearance for exit employees.
 Handling all major events, planning & execution of all preparation required for conferences / meetings. Directly
