Latin word communicare meaning “to share”.
Communication is the process of sharing a
information, ideas ,emotions or feelings via a
proper medium to others.

5. Sender: The source of communication which
are the most important role in
communication process.
Message: It is the idea ,
information,views,fact,feeling,etc is
generated by sender and is intended to be
further for communication.
Encoding: The message generated by the
sender is encoded such as in form of word ,
picture , gestures, etc. Before it is conveyed .
6. Media/Medium: It is the manner in which the
encoded message is transmitted through
channel.ex oral,telephone,post,fax,e-mail,
etc.
Decoding: it is the process of converting the
symbols encoded by sender.
Receiver: He is the person who is the last find
the information.
Feedback: It is the final response of the
receiver i.e result of communication .
