Campaign 3 (September-December 2014)
● District manager failed to perform, three managers and I led the team and office sales
● Accepted into The Leadership Academy where I was trained to become a Branch
manager candidate, practicing recruiting and personal development techniques
● Attended every conference available in 2014 (10), providing me the ability to hone my
skills and learn from top Representatives and Managers from across the Region.

● Hired as a head assistant manager for Knoxville District office
● Coached our sales team with one hour workshops before every team meeting teaching,
upselling, building rapport, how to set goals, and handling objectives
● Consistently improved show to interview and show to training statistics every week of
the 2015 summer
● Lead our sales force to sell $100,000

● Received 7 promotions within my first 3 campaigns
● Top sales representative in the Knoxville office during my first summer, selling $15,000
