January isa time for resolutionsand new beginnings so I would like
to introduceyou to Veganuary. Instead of giving up chocolate,
alcohol, promisingyourself that the gym will become your second
home, etc. Why not try something new and rather than work towards
a differentresolution? Why not try being vegan throughout January?
Veganuary providesyou withthe information that may encourage
you to try veganism for a month. This isn’t a diet. This is a new, clean,
energized and pureway of life. Not only are you highly likely to loose
a few poundsthroughthis diet but also you willsee a change in your
overall appearancethrough this change in eating and lifestyle. Nuts
and vitamins, such as vitamin B12, giveyou strongand healthy skin,
hair, nails, and improvesyour energy drastically.
An animal productfreelifestyle can reducepain and stresses from
your days. Such as women experiencingpremenstrualsyndromecan
be changed with a change in diet and lifestyle. PMSis a hormonal
imbalance that can be helped with prescription medication but
rather than putunnaturalsubstances when you could usenatural
substances that have a better result in the longterm. These natural
substances, through eating better, can then reducethe intensity of
PMSsymptoms. For instance, improvements withsleepless nights,
back pains and cramping. The vegan diet changes your optionsin
food resultingin foodswith low levels of fats, salt, sugar and caffeine
that can be found in meatbased products.
With meat based productscomes a higher risk of diseases, drugs,
hormones, bacteria, pesticides, chemicals, parasites, fat and
cholesterol. Diseases such as the bacterial disease salmonella; a risk
only meat eaters have to be wary of dueto the disease being found in
poultry and eggs.
A lifestyle when you are cutting out meat can lower high blood
pressure, meaningyou’reless likely to experience heart problems
makingthe likelihood of a stroke accruing decrease. As well as
improvementsin your vision and the health of your kidneysby
cutting out animalbased productsfrom your diet by cutting out the
amountof fats and unnaturalsugarswithin these animal based foods.
Many illnessesand diseases can be avoided through a change in diet.

getting diseases such as cancer and infections such as arthritis by

many fats, which can lead to further health issues like high blood
pressure. Havinga moreeffective diet, such as the vegan diet, can
lead to a decrease in getting macular degeneration, an eye infection,
which often accrues to peopleaged 60. Butthrough a better diet the
chances of getting said infection can be pushed back to when you’re
80 yearsof age.
