•A beach bum from Sarasota,
FL who loves the business
process. Worked on multiple
start-up companies and
played in multiple successful
bands. Simon tackles the
business process by trying to
make his clients happy and
entertained! Natural born
leader he strives to get them
working hard by pushing and
rewarding great work!

3. Profession
• Sales Manager - I would use my “guy next door” archetype to
become almost like a “best friend” to my clients creating a large
and trustworthy clientele.
• Business Continuity Planners - I would use my “innocent”
archetype to create business strategies that spread happiness
and optimism, which will translate to growth!
• Human Resources Manager - Since I am “guy next door”
archetype I would use my friendliness to make my coworkers
trust me more so they will come to me with their problems
more often.

years old. They mostly have a
bachelor degrees and are from
Orlando, FL or Burbank, CA.
•They enjoy the Disney culture
and the beach. They can almost
be like big kids because they
work for an amusement park.

5. Career Goals
• Once I graduate I want to land a corporate job at Disney.
• After 5-10 years there I want to either be high up on the
chain of command like a Vice President.
• After 20 years of working corporate job I want to retire or
start my own company.
