1.Which tools did you use to complete the task and
describe how you used them to complete your self-portrait.
To create my Opie self portrait, I used a variety of
Photoshop tools, such as:
The pen tool to outline specific facial features.
The magnetic lasso tool to outline my body.
The colour picker to take a sample of my skin colour
etc…
The paint bucket to colour in each part of my face and
body.
The pencil and brush tool to outline my body and facial
features once I was finished the portrait.
Finally, I used the rubber tool to rub out any rough edges
around my face and body.

2. Were there any parts of the task/specific tools which
you found difficult and if so, what were they and why?
I did not find using any of the Photoshop tools difficult.
3. Finally, how successful were you in completing the
given brief and what improvements would you make next
time.
I think that my Opie self portrait was fairly successful as I
managed to use all of the tools that I was asked to use
and I managed to make the portrait have a resemblance
to my actual face.
