OBU Senior Account Specialist
 Responsibility for high visibility OEM accounts. I assisted with awarded new
Hub business for the Honda Odyssey and 6AT Honda transmission trial events.
 I became part of team to assist in the implementation of new web based
operating system for NSK (RAS). I was appointed as RAS Champion and
participated in meetings with other department representatives and IT to ensure
a successful transition to the new system.
 February 2012, I assumed responsibility of the NSK Canada CSR/BCD
position and the NSK affiliate accounts. NSK Canada went live with new
operating system in July 2012. In this role, I assume dual responsibility. I
function as CSR on behalf of NSK Canada and also as NSK Corp
representative to the domestic plant to ensure production to meet Canada’s
customers demands.
 Manage 50+ automotive customers with FY14 of $69million
 Developed relationships with customer contacts through written and verbal
communication
 Managed customer accounts by maintaining orders and forecasts. I also work
with various internal departments to meet customer requirements (plant,
logistics, finance, etc).
 Responsible for analying forecast provided by customers to verify volumes and
trends.
 Researched and prepared a variety of reports related to shipment performance,
quality, premium freight, customer ratings and corrective actions.
 Work in specific customer websites in order to obtain releases and send ASN’s.

OBU-Account Specialist A
 Responsible for several major OEM Tier 1 & 2 Automotive accounts
(Honda, Keihin, Yamada, Sanden, etc).
 These responsibilities include order maintenance, expediting orders and

customer in order to ensure continued confidence with NSK Corp.
 Onsite customer interfacing: Relationship building, problem solving and
