customer to make sure I met and exceeded their needs. Used iOriginate, the Bank of America proprietary software to take a full

Network Engineer – Was responsible for all Telecommunications on Nortel Options 81C PBX, Symposium, Call Pilot and
Meridian Voicemail systems. Conducted Videoconferences at 3 locations and performed all cabling necessary for the
Telecommunications operations. Helped successfully move 2500 associates to the new Corporate Headquarters including the
Data Center. Was involved in a cost-savings initiative to re-utilize PBX equipment which lead to process improvements.
July 2002 to July 2003 – MicroMo Electronics, Clearwater, FL
Telecommunications Analyst – In 2003, cutover an old Inter-Tel Key System to an Avaya Definity ProLogic PBX with Unified
Messaging. Was accountable for switching over the Trunks from T-1s to PRI’s for ANI capability. Also converted DMARC,
IDF, and MDF from 66-block to 110. Daily tasks included supporting the main US Headquarter location by performing all PBX
Moves, Adds, and Changes. Also supported Outside Sales through Voice over IP and by maintained Octel Unified Messaging.
Completed cross-connects and cabling to the PBX frame and Telco closets and handled all telecom-related problems. Was also
in charge of all Telecom billing, Calling Cards, Cellular, Telco budget, and all telecommunications-related issues.
Oct 1996 to May 2001 - Dun & Bradstreet, Parsippany, NJ
Telecommunications Analyst - Responsibilities included supporting 2 headquarter locations and was also the backup for 2
additional headquarter buildings including the Data Center. Duties included performing all PBX Moves, Adds, and Changes
(Siemens Switch), Voicemail port installations and deletions (Octel 100 and Octel 350), and Call Detail Reporting (CDR) updates
(TeleMate). Supported several ACD groups for the Sales, Small Business, and Marketing Departments. Completed all cross-connects
