Create purchase requisitions for parts where required from 1st
party and 3rd party parts/subcontract labor in line with the
sourcing policy
Requisition creation, amendment and PO Cancellation.
Creates internal, free text, subcontract, catalog, service
requisitions.
Adding Parts to the Existing PO.
Goods receipt on proof of delivery or where services have been
received
Need to solve the invoice dispute which comes from the vendor
and provide resolution to them.
Reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased
items and Manages approvals process
Book additions, deductions, escalations and terminations in
relation to service contracts in line
Tracks order acknowledgement, tracks orders and confirms
system lead times, delivery dates and costs.
Interacting with buyer, Field services leader for PO related
issues, delivery status.
Hands on experience on SAP,Citrix, Siebel, MS Office &
Outlook.
Successfully Completed Green Belt Certification on 22nd
