The fact that women are good managers.
But, that does not mean that men are not
good managers. We all have some
weaknesses and strengths. And, women have
the capability to convert their weaknesses
into strengths.
Anyone who possesses qualities like
Confidence, patience, multi-tasking,
communication skills, versatility, etc. can
become a good manager. The powerful
managerial skills exhibited by women and
their attitude towards learning completely
defines them as good managers.
