Here, once dispatched,
you can track an order

4. Why is it Essential to Manage your Orders?
Why is it essential to manage your orders?
• When an order is placed by a buyer, as a seller, you are responsible for keeping the right product packed and
ready for dispatch
• Packing and dispatching the wrong product will lead to buyer returns
• This will in turn affect your seller rating and generate bad buyer experience
• As a seller, it is necessary for you to pack and keep your orders ready for dispatch as per the timeline you
have mentioned in the SLA
5. Invoicing Pointers
There are two modes of invoicing:
• With invoicing solution :
o Using this mode , you can print invoice and shipping
labels
• Without invoicing solution :
o Using this mode , you can print shipping labels only
• You can choose to opt in for Flipkart’s invoicing solution
from the Manage Profile button and selecting Invoice
Setting from the drop down.
6. Invoicing Pointers
• In case you are opting for Flipkart’s invoicing solutions, please
ensure that:
o You pack the order before you mark it ‘Ready to Dispatch’
o The shipping label is stuck on the box & the logistics forms (if
required) are printed
o The invoice is placed inside the packaging
• Incase you are opting OUT of Flipkart’s Invoicing solution,
please ensure that:
o Details like item price including the shipping fees and VAT
are filled in correctly
o Other applicable details like EMI or Octroi are also filled in
correctly
7. What’s New in the Invoice and Label?
How Does It Help?
• Get to know at a glance, if the order is prepaid or a COD
• View a maximum of five orders, of the same buyer under the
same label
• Know, what are you looking at
• Get an accurate idea of the discount offered and included in
your order
The label and Invoice have to be cut and separated into two. Stick
the label on top of the packed box and put the invoice inside
along with the packed items.
8. Flipkart’s Invoicing Solutions
If you have opted for Flipkart’s Invoicing Solution, your
Invoice and Label come together on the same sheet.
