If Sunday falls within the SLA period, add another day

You can download a pickup list after generating and printing the shipping labels. The pickup list is an
order summary of the products you need to keep ready for pickup by our Logistics partner EKL.
Avoid upsetting the delivery cycle by handing over the shipment to our logistics partner on time
Ensure that you pack your orders correctly. Please refer to our Packaging Guidelines under the ‘Help’
tab on your seller portal. Faulty packaging can lead to rejection of pickup by our logistics partner
If you want to reschedule the pickup or our logistics partner fails to turn up, please inform us on the
seller portal
The pickup will happen within 1 business day
9. Institutional Sales – You are cancelling the order because you are not willing to accept a bulk
order or an institutional sale. This option gets enabled if the quantity of each order item is more
than 5
You can cancel an approved, on hold, a packed or order already marked as ‘Ready to Dispatch’
It is mandatory for you to pick a reason for cancellation:
Cannot procure an item – You are cancelling the order because you cannot pack and dispatch
the item within the procurement SLA
No Inventory – You are cancelling the order because you have no stock
