4. VAT/CST Percentage
Instead of calculating the
VAT/CST amount by yourself,
you can now enter the VAT/CST
percentage, and the system will
automatically convert it to
VAT/CST amount.
Note: This VAT rate will remain
constant for all the subsequent
orders of the same product,
unless you change it.

5. VAT/CST Rate Calculated
VAT/CST amount as per
the last entered
VAT/CST %.

6. Changes in the Bulk File
Provided you have used the new method to
update the VAT amount automatically, you
don’t have to update the VAT amount column
manually in the bulk file. The system will
generate it for you.

7. Buyer Invoice
The buyer invoice has a
separate column showcasing
the discount price offered on
the product(s).

8. 1. How do I update the VAT/CST amount automatically?
You can simply enter the VAT/CST percentage, and the system will calculate the correct VAT/CST
amount.
2. Does the auto-calculated VAT/CST rate remain constant?
Yes. The VAT/CST rate will remain constant for all the subsequent orders of the same product, until
you change it.
3. How will the auto-fill option benefit me if I’m using the bulk file to mark the order as ‘Pack’?
The VAT rate is also used to auto-populate the amount in the bulk file, provided that you have already
entered the information from the seller portal.
4. Is there any change in the buyer’s invoice?
Yes. The buyer’s invoice contains a separate column showcasing the discount price given on the
product.
