1. Tracking returns
In this module, we will discuss:
1. How to track return before delivery orders on the seller panel?
2. How to track return after delivery orders on the seller panel?
3. When an order is cancelled by a customer after shipping and before delivery of the product, you can check it in the Returns
Before Delivery stage

4. Click on the Date filter to select the return initiated/order
shipped/returns delivered date

5. Stages of returns before delivery orders
There are 2 stages of RTO or Returns before delivery –
Returns Initiated Returns delivered
6. Click on All to view all your Return before delivery orders Return Initiated -When a customer requests for a
return while the product is in transit,
you’ll be able to see the product here

7. Return Delivered- When after cancellation, a product gets
delivered to you, you can view it under
Returns Delivered
Note – You can raise a ticket for Return before delivery POD (proof of delivery) within 7 days from the date of Return before delivery marked. Ticket
raised beyond 7 days from the date will not be entertained

9. To check orders which have been requested for a return after the delivery, follow these steps -

10. Click on the date filter to view the return initiated or
delivered orders from a specific date range

11. The available search options are: Order ID, Item ID, Tracking Number, Shipper, Warehouse,
and Status
You can also filter your search for returns by selecting one option at a time from the various options available within the
Search dropdown list -

There are 3 stages of DTO/Returns after delivery –
Approved Picked Returned
13. Let’s learn how all stages of the return after delivery tab work -
There are five sections: Approved, Picked, RPC, Returned and All

14. In the Approved stage, you can check all the return requested orders which have been
approved by Paytm Mall

15. Click on the Picked tab to view the details of the orders
picked by the courier partner from the customer

16. In the RPC stage, items that are returned
by the customer will be sent to Paytm
Mall’s Returns Processing Center
• rpc_all – Here you can check status of
returned shipments in all the RPC
stages
• RPC Received - In this stage, the
shipment goes to Paytm Mall’s RPC
center and a quality check is done
• RPC Shipped – the product has
passed the quality checks at the
assigned RPC and has been
dispatched to the seller
• Liquidate – If the product’s quality
check is marked failed by the QC
agent, the payout for the shipment is
given to the merchant

Note – The RPC will take a maximum of 72 hours to process the shipments
17. When a returned product is successfully delivered back to you, the status of the order changes to return
delivered

18. Click on the All tab to view the detailed stages for all
return orders
