3. What are Invoice Settings?
Invoice settings gives you the option of using the
Flipkart generated customer invoices. You can
download the invoice along with the shipping
label for each order.
To enable auto-invoicing you need to provide
some information which will appear on your
customer invoices.
In Invoice Settings, you can add this information
at one time and save it for future invoices.

mapping of shipping labels with its respective

5. How to Opt-in
Sign in and Head to Manage Profile (Step 1 of 4)
Step 1:Click on
Manage Profile
Login to your
Flipkart Seller
account

6. View Settings ( Step 2 of 4)
Step 2:Click on
View to open
Settings

7. Click on Invoice Settings ( Step 3 of 4)
Step 3:Click on Edit
under Invoice
Settings

8. Add Invoice Details (Step 4 of 4)
Add details of your registered address.
Invoices will be raised in the name of this
address.
This address will aid customers who later
need to contact manufacturers in case of
service or warranty.

9. Add Invoice Details and Save (Step 4 of 4)
Upload the image of
your signature
Add your CST
number
Add your CIN number
and upload the
necessary document (
optional) Click on Save
That’s it! The Flipkart team will verify the details and they will be updated in 48 hours

10. Sample of an Automated Invoice
When you add your details to the Invoice
Settings in your Seller dashboard, the
following will appear on the invoice
automatically:
Order ID
Order Date
Invoice No.
Invoice Date
VAT/TIN No.
CST No.
Billing Address
Authorized Signature

11. How to make Inactive
If you want to make your Invoice Settings Inactive, just head to Invoice Settings ( follow
steps 1 to 3)
Step 1:Select
Inactive
Step 2:Click on
Save
