3. We have tied up with new logistics partners to help you
expand your business! They will now take care of delivering
and returning few of your shipments from the mother hub
to the buyers and vice versa.
How will this benefit you?
• You can now reach out to more buyers than before
• You can now get more orders, as shipments to pin codes
that weren’t serviceable earlier, will now be possible
• Customer breaches can be avoided as there will be no
more undue delay in our operations (even when there is a
high load)
Note : There will NOT be any changes in your shipping fees.
All this at absolutely no extra cost to you!
New Logistics Partners
6. o Your shipping label will now include the following items:
 VAT/Tin ID
 Tax invoice number
 Price and tax details of the order item/s
 Shipping and discount details have been added for the entire shipment
 Total amount of the package
 Return address (this will be the address of the internal logistics partner)
o You will now see two barcodes in your shipping label. Use the VERTICAL barcode for
scanning purpose.
Points to Remember
7. o For tracking purposes, use ‘Courier AWB’ number.
o If new partner is handling your return shipments, then your ‘Return to’ address on the
shipping label will reflect internal logistics partner’s hub address.
o Your return shipment will be marked as lost if it is not delivered to you within 30 days as
compared to an earlier 20-day period. In such cases, you can claim for compensation under
Seller Protection Program.
o If you have opted in for Flipkart Invoicing Solution, then instead of two shipping labels and
two invoices as earlier, you will now get one invoice and one label per page.
o Fragile products will now have a ‘handle with care’ printed on the shipping label.
