Learn how to navigate through the all new revamped Returns dashboard

Managing Your Approved Customer Returns
The Approved Returns Dashboard
Step 1:
Login to your seller
account at
https://seller.flipkart.c
om/
Step 2:
Click on the Returns
tab.
Select 3:
Select Returns from the
dropdown menu.
The Approved Returns Dashboard
This is the new Returns dashboard. By default, you will find all your approved Customer Returns here.
These Returns are of two types – Expect Physical Delivery and Don’t Expect Physical
Delivery. Return To Origin (RTO) returns do not come under this tab.
Select 3:
Select the Approved sub-tab.
You can search for
a particular
Return by it’s
Return ID, Order ID
or Order Item ID.
You can view the Return
progress for any order by
clicking on the date here.
The Approved Returns Dashboard
You can check the
Buyer Name, Type
of Return and
whether to expect
a physical delivery
or not.
This is the Reason for your
Return. Click on Buyer Comment
to view what the buyer had to
say about the product.
The Approved Returns Dashboard Filters
You can search a
return by its SKU ID
here.
You can also
search a product by
its APPROVED ON
dates here.
The Approved Returns Dashboard Filters
You can filter Returns by their PHYSICAL
DELIVERY types, that is, whether to expect a
physical delivery or not.
You can filter Returns by their FULFILLMENT
TYPES, that is, FA or Non-FA.
You can sort your Returns by their approval
dates – the Latest or the Oldest.
Return Details - 1
You can view the details of any
particular Return by clicking here.
Return Details - 2
Once you click on SHOW DETAILS, this card pops up where you can view the complete details
of a particular return.
Contacting Seller Support - 1
In case of any queries,
click here to Contact
Seller Support and
create a ticket.
Contacting Seller Support - 2
Once you click on CONTACT SS, this card pops up, where you can view the complete details of a
particular order. Your Primary Email, Callback Number, Order Id and Order Item Id get auto-
filled. Fill in the details such your Subject, Description, Issue Type, and Upload the necessary
Attachments if you want to. Click on Submit once you are done.
Tracking Your Customer and Courier Returns
The In Transit Returns Dashboard
Click on the In Transit sub tab to view your Returns which have been
picked up by the logistics partner or is out for delivery to you.
These Returns are of two types – Expect Physical
Delivery and Return To Origin (RTO) . Don’t Expect
Physical Delivery returns do not come under this tab.
Check here for the expected date of delivery – Return Promise.
This is the date by which your returned order will be delivered to you. This date is
generated only once a returned product is picked up from the customer.
Picked Up Returns
Click on date here to view
your Return progress.
Click on the PICKED UP
sub tab to view your
Returns which have
been picked up by the
logistics partner.
Out For Delivery Returns
Click on the OUT FOR DELIVERY sub tab
to view your Returns which are out for
delivery to you. You can expect these to
be delivered to you in a day or two.
The In Transit Returns Dashboard Filters
You can search a return by its SKU ID here.
You can search a return by its OUT FOR
DELIVERY date here.
You can search a return by its RETURN
PROMISE date here.
The In Transit Returns Dashboard Filters
You can search a return by its
RETURNS APPROVED date
here.You can search a
return by its
RETURNS PROMISE
breaches here. You can search a return by its
RETURN TYPE here, that is,
Customer or Courier Return.
You can search a
return by its
FULFILLMENT TYPE
here, that is, FA or
Non FA.
You can sort a return by its
RETURN PROMISE DATE or
RAPPROVED ON DATE – the
latest or the oldest.
Handling Your Completed Returns
The Completed Return Dashboard

Click on the COMPLETED sub tab to
view your Completed Returns.
These Returns contain all the three
types – Expect Physical Delivery, Don’t
Expect Physical Delivery and Return
To Origin (RTO) .
You can view Returns by filtering
them according to the various types.

You can click here
to CLAIM SPF for
unfair losses in
returns.
The Completed (Delivered) Return Dashboard
This sub tab shows your Courier and
Customer Returns which have been
delivered to you.
This is a Completed and Delivered
Return. You can check here for the
date on which the return was
delivered to you.
The Completed (Undelivered) Return Dashboard
Click on the UNDELIVERED sub tab
to view your Returns which have
not been delivered to you, because
of various reasons, even after 60
days from the 'Approved On' date.
Types of Undelivered Returns - 1
These are returns that are not delivered to you (Undelivered). There can be two types of
Undelivered returns – Lost and Don’t Expect.
Filter your Returns by
Lost Completion Status
to view your returns
which have been lost in
transit.
Check here for the status
and Completed On date.
