5. Flipkart Advantage - Overview of the policies
Registration
• Register Flipkart Fulfilment Centre address in your VAT
certificate as a principal or an additional business unit
• We will share the documents with you to register for Flipkart
Advantage
• Flipkart Advantage option is available in Haryana, Mumbai&
Kolkata
Inwarding
• We will store, pack, and deliver the orders to the buyer
• We will assign the shipping charge and the SLA
• You have to drop the products using your own logistics
• You have to provide the required logistics form along with box label and the
stock transfer note
• You can recall your inventory at any given moment
Returns
• Return policy for Flipkart Advantage product will be 30 days
• Returns are acknowledged and actioned by us
• If there is a buyer return, no fees are charged to you
• Returns will not impact your defect rate
• Lost products are covered under Seller Protection Fund
Payments
• We will generate the buyer invoice for your orders
• No change in payment cycle
• FA charges will be applicable on periodical basis (storage, pack &
removal charges )

6. Flipkart Advantage – Eligibility and Registration
Eligibility Criteria to apply for Flipkart Advantage services
• Be a registered seller with Flipkart
• Provide the documents required for FA registration
• Add Flipkart’s Fulfilment centre as additional/principal place of business
• Delhi Sellers will have to register “Flipkart Fulfilment centre ”as principal business place from Haryana tax authority
Registration Process
• Obtain VAT Certificate/ receipt from tax authority specifying Flipkart’s Fulfilment centre address as additional/principal place of business
• Upload the VAT Certificate on your portal
• We verify your VAT Certificate
• Registration is completed on positive verification on your seller portal

1. Primary package should not be torn, damaged, or wet
2. Bubble wrap or thermocol is recommended for electronic items to
avoid edge damages

1. Quantity Sent/Received - Reconcile the received
quantity with the quantity that you have committed
to send.
2. QC Complete/QC in process – Out of the units
received at the fulfillment centre, you can track the
status of the quality check in REAL TIME

QC failed: 4 units
QC in process: 11 units
3. Inwarded to Store - All QC passed units are
processed for inwarding into store as units that are
available for sale on flipkart.com. The inwarding may not
reflect immediately on the portal.
Example-
QC passed: 5 units
So, 5 units are ‘Inwarded to Store’.
QC tickets still pending for 11 units. As the QC is
completed, the number of QC passed units in
‘Inwarded to Store’ accordingly increases

35. Real-time status on Quality Check Process (1 of 3)
QC Tickets
When an item is inwarded at the ‘Fulfilment Centre’, a quality check is done to identify if there are any quality issues with the product. Identified
issues, if any, are captured as a ticket in the Fulfillment Centre. These are called QC tickets.
The quality check features help you to:
• View and download all the QC rejected tickets
• get transparency on the quality checks of your consignment

When a QC ticket is captured with a status as ‘New/Awaiting Clarification’, a response is awaited from you with a clarification and/or a further
course of action. Once the required corrective action is taken, you have to contact Seller Support confirming this and request for a repeat quality
check on the said units.

The different types of fees that will be charged for Flipkart Advantage are Packing Fee, Removal Fee and Storage Fee.
• Storage Fee:
Seller will be charged a storage fee of Rs. 14 per cu.ft per month. The volume will be measured based on the post packaging size of the unit.
• Packing Fee and Removal Fee:
Packing Fee will be charged for each unit and will be charged at order dispatch, Removal Fee will be charged post dispatch of your inventory from
warehouse.
• Shipping Fees
Flipkart shall deduct the shipping cost from the transaction value before settlement. The rates for ‘Forward shipping’ and ‘Reverse shipping’ will
vary. ‘Forward shipping’ and ‘Reverse shipping’ rates will also vary for heavy and non-heavy shipments.

1. Not scheduled: You have not scheduled the drop, the next step would be click on print label and schedule the drop
