3. What are Logistic Settings?
Logistics settings is a setting by which you can be directly
linked to the commercial tax website in your seller account.
This will enable you to automatically generate required
logistics forms.
The form will be generated in the To Pack tab along with
your label and invoice
This is currently available for sellers based in:
● AP
● Telangana
● MP
● Karnataka
● UP
● Kerala
4. The Benefits of Adding Logistic Settings
● Reduce your effort in generating the logistics form manually
by logging in to commercial tax website for each order
● Automated Logistics Form generation, this will occur when
your order value is greater than the amount prescribed by
your state
● You will get the logistics forms needed for legal
compliance(Inter state delivery of goods) from the seller
portal rather than department of commercial tax Website.
● Add your login details only once
● You can find the logistic form acknowledgement number
generated for each order by downloading the export order

5. How to Opt-in
Sign in and Head to Manage Profile (Step 1 of 4)
Step 1:Click on
Manage Profile
Login to your
Flipkart Seller
account

7. Click on Logistic Settings ( Step 3 of 4)
Step 3:Click on
Add under
Logistic
Settings
8. Add Login Details (Step 4 of 4)
Choose your state
That’s it! The Flipkart team will verify the details and they will be updated in 48 hours
Add your Login to your state’s
commercial tax dept. e.g. In
Karnataka it would be your E-Sugam
login credentials
Read the terms
and conditions
and check the box
Click on
Save
9. Scenarios where Automated Generation may fail
In the following scenarios, the logistics form might
not generate with your label and invoice:
1. If you have changed your password on the
commercial tax website and not updated it on the
seller portal
2. If the State Commercial Tax website is down
These orders will not be processed and will be
marked as In Process until you provide the
acknowledgement number manually
