and consistency with contract requirements. Preparing and issue purchase requests for materials and consumables.
 Prepare project specific and other procedures to ensure comprehensive cover of all project activities as per the contract
requirements. Providing MIS reports like Resources Present Loading, Forecast Requirement, Budget Milestones etc.
 Coordinate all project related activities with other departments and sections to ensure effective integration of tasks and minimize
potential delays.
 Participate in the finalization of work to be outsourced to sub-contractors including bid evaluation and terms of contract.
 Monitor the progress of the project as per the project plan and against the client’s/Company’s requirements and take corrective
action whenever required. Ensure the availability of necessary resources for the smooth execution of the project.
 Follow up with clients on approvals and instructions, attend client meetings and liaise with client on all issues of the project

C) ZakumWHTsElectrificationProject -Package“A”: (Duration - June 2014 to April 2016)
 Zakum Field has operated for some time with electrical power for safety systems, and essential communication systems using Solar
Power with battery backup as its sole source. COMPANY has decided to implement electrification of the Zakum Field Wellhead Towers
to meet the anticipated increased demand to comply with ADNOC regulations, MPFM & diverter valves, operational requirements, and
implementation of SMART instrumentation. The increase in power demand will be provided from the Central Complexes by sub-sea
composite cable to the WHTs. This project scope includes providing containerized substation at Super Complexes (ZCSC & ZWSC).
