2. “The final EPR for the Bajio Mechanical Team has them on budget and ahead of schedule. A well deserved
congratulations to Dan Steinberg and Sudhakar Vallala for their solid leadership throughout the project and
thanks to everyone on their team that made the project success. It happens seldom enough to complete the
project mechanical engineering with the budgets and schedules that we really need to celebrate our success
when it happens…..In addition to doing an excellent job in executing the predictable part of the project, the
entire project team has responded to the uncertainties in a mature thought through manner”. By Don
Kaelber, Mechanical Chief Engineer, Bechtel, Frederick, USA
3. “I would like to point out that the 90 day effort was completed in just 60 days to support LSTK schedule.
Sudhakar deserves special recognition as New Delhi, India team lead….he exhibited solid leadership
characteristics and developed several workarounds to keep the effort moving forward. He is technically
excellent and has good organizing skills and met every schedule and budget constraint.” By Andrew
Chrusciel, Chief, FTG, Bechtel, Frederick, USA
4. “Excellent progress and performance. Keep up the good work and thanks to you and your team for all the
