forecasts & time over-runs
Executing cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies, preparing stage wise fabrication & erection
progress report and daily progress report
Monitoring project activities with particular emphasis on quality, safety, conformity to drawings, specifications,

Identifying and developing requirements of the Construction Execution Plan (CEP); ensuring that the construction areas

Reviewing in detail the engineering deliverables for mechanical pipeline/piping including sizing /wall thickness
calculation, stress analysis reports, optimization of piping layouts, master plan and isometrics
Following safety standards in the site and issuing work-permits depending on the nature of job e.g. hot work, cold
work, naked flame, confined space, need of mechanical /electrical/ process isolation
