My Contribution:
Working as a Senior Project Controls Engineer for this project as a responsible for following
functions,
 Finalization of progress measurement philosophy for the preparation of progress S-
curves to monitor Plan Vs Actual progress.
 Tracking / monitoring of committed schedules, evaluation of actual progress,
highlighting slippages and suggesting catch-up plans to avoid further delays.
 Analysis of areas of concern, progress variance, productivity and forecast trends.
 Analysis of man-hour consumption, productivity and forecast hours with respect to the
budget.
 Participation in management project review meetings and Lead Engineers meetings.
 To prepare the schedule performance letter, Client Monthly report and Client
Presentation.
 Review of EPC Scope of Work and prepare the EPC schedule along with SBM and
Project Risk Analysis.
 Preparation of +/- 15% Cost Estimate for EPC cost.
 Finalization of PDR final Dossier as per COMPANY ITT requirements.

My Contribution:
Working as a Senior Project Controls Engineer for Process, Offsite& Utilities systemfor the
whole refinery complex in Paradip Refinery Project. Responsible for following functions,
 Establish and implement procedures for managing Project Control work
