Manage Project from scratch to start of commercial operation of the project which include managing the
conceptual designs, budgeting, design reviews, procurement and contracts, construction, testing and
commissioning and final handing over.
Handling end to end projects encompassing planning, estimation, scope definition.

Contract Management/Vendor Management
Coordinating with consultants, contractors for preparation & finalization of requirements, estimates & BOQ.
Evaluating & executing contracting works as well as handling technical negotiation.
