kilometers of 24 to 30-inch diameter insulated pipeline to transport heated
bitumen/diluted bitumen from the Fort Hills Mine to the Voyageur East Tank
Farm. In addition, a parallel 12-inch diameter pipeline will transport diluent
(including condensate, diesel and synthetic crude oil), from the Voyageur
East Tank Farm to the Fort Hills Mine.
Responsibilities included:
 Provide leadership in planning and execution of the FEED and detailed
pipeline engineering deliverables;
 Manage the work of internal technical disciplines and third party
engineering services providers to ensure quality engineering products
and support are delivered as required;
 Lead the resolution of technical and project issues related to the
development and engineering design for the pipelines;
 Manage budgets, Change Order Requests and assist in developing Cost
estimates
 Ensure compliance with Capital Projects Management System (CPMS),
regulatory requirements and TransCanada's standards and
