4. -50 g. raw almonds with skin.
-Black pepper grains.
-Salt.
-Olive oil.
5. PREPARATION
1-First, put oil in the pan and fry 6 or 8
almonds and mash in the mortar.
2-Then, in the same oil, fry the cuttlefish
already cleaned and cut into cubes.
6. 3-Aside the cuttlefish and add in the oil, diced
onion, garlic cloves and bay leaf. When it´s
fried, cut tomatoes in cubes, fry everything
together and add a little of saffron and pepper.
4-Add chopped carrots and peas, with white
wine.

5-The next step is to add sliced potatoes and
cook a little longer with them.
6-Finally, add water covering the potatoes. Add salt
(if necessary) and cook in the pressure cooker for 20
minutes.
That is when we incorporate the ground almonds,
move a bit and let rest.
