• Directed all SHE related matters as the Safety Supervisor on the project for Sakura Ferro Alloys and all site
requirements and Company Policies are strictly adhered to; furthermore, oversaw daily site inspections through
collaboration with Senior Management and ensured diligence in completing daily activities

overcoming the language barriers

were made as required, pulled safety related reports and statistics for feedback, and closed-out SHE files at the
close of each project.

system during each project to ensure the update and legality of Risk Assessments, SWP, and SOP’s
• Performed various duties for different projects such as establishing an SHE Committee and Safety Management
System for projects, generating a Project Baseline Risk Assessment with a Method Statement which described step-
by-step tasks with Hazards, Risks, and control measures as well as equipment and resources, and revised SWP
and SOP procedures for each separate site
• Worked in conjunction with Supervisors, Riggers, and Crane Operators to compile Rigging studies, also ensured
client approval on Rigging studies before commencement of project

and supervision competencies through certification assessments and physical evaluations
