• Conducted Safety meetings with craft and supervision, detailing the importance of topics related to
Industrial Safety, Nuclear Safety, and the importance of good Radiological Worker Practices.
• Shared applicable Operating Experience as well as created an environment for workers and
supervisors alike to share their own personal operating experience in relevance to improving safety
by ‘lessons learned’.
• Continued focus on coaching at-risk behaviors in the field during observations. Coached on a peer-to
peer level, using my people skills to coach workers into a safe behavior.
• Wrote Safety plans in regards to diamond wire cutting of concrete, along with Entergy Job Safety

• Contracted Safety Manager for Entergy River Bend FLEX Buildings. - St. Francisville, LA: Two (2)
critical equipment storage warehouses totaling 15,400SF. Buildings were designed for 130 mph
wind speeds and included heavy duty foundations.
• Performed daily tail gate meetings, as well as pre-job briefs to inform work crews of hazards
associated with their daily job scopes.
• Efficiently ran safety observation on two separate job sites.
• Mitigated detailed hazards to 30+ people in an extended pre job brief on two separate slab
foundation night pours.
• Actively provided information to the client in weekly safety updates, as well as educated my ‘New to
