• Hurricane Ivan: (60 days) Supervised 4 personnel utilizing
excel spreadsheets to calculate daily debris removal. Work
crews varied from 83 men to 65 men , daily totals were used
to evaluate contractor expenditure and assure compliance
with contract compliance
• Operation Iraq Freedom:
• Served as Project engineer-Responsible for the execution of
construction, contractor supervision, and payment for Water
and Sewer networks installations in Baghdad, Iraq.
• The total contract value for the installed projects exceeded
19.6 million dollars
• Developed scopes of work, bill of quantities, independent
government estimates, contract modifications, solicitation
reviews, contract proposal evaluations, pre-construction
meetings, program reviews, and program reviews
