KEY FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
• Enforce company/client HSE policy, implement HSE systems, Monitor the HS&E matters related to construction activities
• Prepare construction phase plans and assist in Risk assessments, Job hazard Analysis, etc. with respect to Method statements for
construction operations
• Inspect sites and conduct safety audits to identify hazards, substandard conditions and unsafe acts
• Devise and implement preventive and control measures against risk, hazards & unsafe practices to ensure a continuous HSE
management system.
• Analyze and report accidents/incidents (root cause analysis), NCRs, HSE statistics, and identify trends to develop/implement CAPA
• Organize and conduct HSE Meetings with Site Management and monitor implementation of decisions and actions.

• Design and install different kinds of safety signage; inspect Fire, Safety and lifesaving appliances
• Prepare checklists to ensure adherence to IMS standard’ requirements, including but not limited to Inspection Reports, Monitoring
& Equipment Plan, Environmental Compliance, Quality Control Plan, etc.
