Current Role
Description of Project:
Wheatstone is a Chevron Operated LNG Gas Project located 12km west of Onslow on the Pilbara coast of
Western Australia it is consisted of a 2X Train LNG Gas Processing Facility, and a combined capacity of 8.9
MTPA with approvals to expand to 25 MTPA. With its Offshore Facility located 225km offshore and extracting
gas in 73m of water it is then transferred back to the Onshore Facility where it will be processed into liquid gas
and stored in tanks to later be loaded into the LNG Ship for transport worldwide.
Key Responsibilities - HSEQ Coordinator:
• 2 LNG Gas Tanks and 2 Condensation Tanks
• Providing professional HSSE advise to the Project Management Team
• Contractor safety management
• Ensure contractor compliance with Project and company standards.
• Contractor compliance inspections.
• Provide appropriate advice to the Project Management Team.
Advising personnel on Occupational Health &Safety Acts, Regulation, Codes of Practice, and
Compliance Standards, Environmental compliance, safe construction techniques, process activities and
project specific safety requirements.
• Conducting periodic inspection/audits of the project in accordance with the PHSMP Plan.
• Assist Construction Manager with RBT and Drug testing.

• Actively provided leadership, advice, training and practical support for all health and safety aspects at the
coal plant.
• Internal HSE auditing of safe systems of work across Monadelphous work fronts.
• Creation, development of site procedures, safe work instructions, safety presentations, monthly safety
meeting topics, managing KPIs and developing and delivering training in all of the before mentioned areas
• Maintained, implemented and designed inductions for Monadelphous employees, contractors, and business
partners at site level
• Liaised with Verve Senior Management in the site operations, risk management and registers, contractual
affairs, management of change matters, safe systems of work and compliance
• Designed and implemented Safety Management Plan to comply with client and Monadelphous goals and
values
• Coordinated focused audits of all site activities as per Monadelphous Safety Management Plan
• Conducted investigations into all high and extreme incidents via the Tap Root Causal Factor Method,
established root cause and identified and coordinated implementation of findings and corrective actions
• Designed and implemented site specific training packages and Verification of Competency documents to
comply with client and regulatory requirements
