physiotherapy, chiropody and audiology. Additionally, there is a separate two storey GP practice
accommodating approximately 12 GPs, practice support and administrative staff. External to the
main building is the energy centre comprising cold water services, two chiller plants, main boiler
plant and the electrical switchroom. There is also a piped medical gas system and associated
plant.
Contract value £230k per annum.
Visiting Site Facilities Manager at Dawlish Community Hospital (18 total inpatient beds, additionally
outpatient facilities including; Audiology, Ophthalmology, Depression and Anxiety Service (DAS),
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Leg Ulcer Clinic, Surgical Outpatients,
Heart Failure Clinic, Continence, Gastroenterology, Micro-suction and Gynaecology, Minor Injury
Unit and X-ray Department.
Contract value £80k per annum.

• Achieving profit and operational targets for both contracts under my control and supervision.
• Fulfilling line management role to staff across both sites and reporting directly to business unit
director in the absence of an active regional manager.

the SLA’s, and that the required response and rectification timescales assigned to each task
