2. Highlights:

Project Details Al Thuraya Tower is an 8 Million AED project located in centre point of Ras Al Khaimah
city which is undertaken by Uni Estate, were Coeval Architect Engineering is the
consultant. Prism Building Contracting is the main contractor and Electron
Electromechanical (EEM) is responsible for all MEP works. The project consists of
(G+4P+22F+HP) 28 floors with four parking, studio, single bed, 2 bed apartments,
shopping malls and helipad.

Project Gateway at Samail, Sultanate of Oman
Project Details Gateway of Samail is a 3.5 Million Omani Riyal project undertaken by Royal Court Affairs.

floors with external work of 1000mm and 400mm DIA pipe from the PAEW line of total
length 1500mt with diversion work. This is the gateway between Nizwa and Muscat.

(HMC). J&P (Overseas) Ltd. is the main contractor for the project. Conspel Qatar W.L.L is
a division of J&P, responsible for all M.E.P works. The project consists 4 blocks that
housing the latest medical facilities, consisting of OPD unit, adult accidents and trauma,
maternity, pharmacy, laboratories, renal dialysis, inpatient units, plant rooms, diagnostic
imaging, hydrotherapy, plastic surgery and burns, operating theaters, morgue, cafeteria,
pumping station, substations, with a service building and a car park.
