ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Develop the Project procurement plan, procedures and documentations in accordance to the Project requirements.
 Develop material storage plan for contractor’s material scope and client Material scope.
 Conduct objective evaluation of local and international suppliers for Sourcing of Materials required for the projects,
Services (including sub-contracts), Capital Equipment’s, site facilities required for completion of Projects.
 Preparation of Project Specific Vendor and sub-contracting lists for the approval of the client and Pre-qualification of
the Potential Suppliers not appearing in the Approved Vendor List.
 Ensure the project objective scope and plans are well defined and understood by the procurement team.
 Determine the best procurement strategies to maximize Project success and mitigate any potential risk.
 Manage the procurement budget and ensuring the targeted objectives are achieved. In this respect, the PPM is
expected to lead the negotiations on all critical and high value orders with vendors to achieve this.
 Manages the procurement progress and efficiency to be in line with Project targets
 Ensures all equipment delivery targets are met and actively resolve disputes with vendors to achieve win-win

 Perform the tasks of reviewing of technical documents and procedures to identify and evaluate material technical

 Evaluate sub-contracting services required for the project and coordinate with concern project engineers for timely
completion and closely monitor budgeted cost vs actual cost.

Project: 2 : Firepro Systems –a part of Panasonic Corporation Japan. Nov 2007 to July
2012.
Designation : Regional Team Leader Corporate PMO.
Project Profile: Firepro is a leader in the Infrastructure Protection and Security (IPS) space, and offers integrated services
and solutions such as Fire Alarm and Detection, Fire Suppression, Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Alarm,
Building Management Systems, Consumer Safety and Security along with complete managed services. The Company has a
proactive team of people having specialized backgrounds and strong domain expertise and operating through 14 offices
country-wide. Firepro also executes its operations overseas through offices in UAE, Australia & Singapore. This dynamic
company has successfully implemented over 1500 projects that serves as a testimony to the Company's philosophy of
engineering excellence. Firepro Systems is a part of the Panasonic Corporation, Japan. We have implemented SAP for PS,
MM, SD, FICO, and QM Modules. Roll out of the same has been done in the regions. I am the core team member for the

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 SPOC for western-southern region’s Marketing and Business Development, Administration and Management of all
verticals, expediting the Project Master, Execution and controlling of project erection, commissioning teams.
Generating the National Level Project summary, MIS, Supporting the regions by tracking the Project Masters on
the progress and by resolving the slips of all the departments in achieving the collection targets. Ensure proper
Project Planning and Execution along with Project Manager. Agree with onsite team the priorities and milestones.
Responsible to proactively anticipate, analyze and resolve operational and project risks, issues, gaps, any
slippages in delivery milestones in scope of activities.
 All India Project coordinator for Material Requirement Planning, Procurement, Billing, Resource Management,
Collections, Outstanding. Preparing the Billing Plans for each quarter and generating the capital requirement for
the Supply and Erection. Consolidating the All India Achieved Billing every month both in terms of Supply and
Erection and to work out the Balance cost of each project and its profitability check at each stage of work in
progress. To study the enquiry documents, Project Order summary updated by coordinator / ERP Project
proposal sheet to understand the receipt of new project scope and its resource planning. Monitoring the BOM,
Highlight the delay if any, also to scrutinize the BOM and to understand any incomplete data like item Code / Make
/ Quantity, or any specific comments.
 Preparing the profitability analysis, budget allocations and fixing the targets for the Projects as per the time of
delivery.
 Coordinating with Design team in Sprinkler system designing, Fire Alarm system designing, Gas suppression
system calculations, Pump calculations and to get the status of the Material submittal approval, Pumps data sheet,
Panel GA, Hose Cabinet drawing etc to be provided to S/S. Coordinating with the Project In-charge / Site Manager
to understand the site condition, stores readiness & prepare a Tentative Delivery Schedule and send it to S/S.
 Assisting and guiding the project teams and in house teams in the usage of PS, MM, SD modules, PIRS, FECT and
Team lead for analysis of Engineering Change Management, Work In Progress, Process, Development, Migration,
Adobe form support, Non Billable Budgeting, Project wise deployment charts, Process, Development, Adobe
support and Data migration work for all India projects, Vendor categorization for all the Imports, Local vendors
and subcontractors.
 Ensure accurate estimation, planning and effective delivery within agreed schedule, cost, scope & quality
standards. Ability to take up the complete ownership of the delivery of the team which will contain
predominantly vendor resources and directly managing the team capacity planning. Ensure proper collaboration
and commitment of the vendor resources to the tasks assigned project delivery or training of staff.
 Responsible for leading, mentoring and grooming the project team identifying training needs and bridging skill
gaps. Show autonomy in resolving operational issues by understanding the context, constraints and possible
work-around. Timely addressing and resolving the operational blockers & issues between the project teams.
Timely escalations of unresolved issues gaps to Senior Managers with suggestive solutions. Excellent ability to
manage the conflicts by analyzing the issues and applying assertiveness where ever required. Accurate timely
reporting of the progress, on risks, issues, gaps, utilization slippages etc. Inspecting and analyzing health of

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Managing the Materials, stores management, purchasing of materials.
 Preparation of BOM, MRL, RFQ, PR & PO.

Project Profile: Stopak India Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001-2000 certified company and is the sister concern of Stopak located in
Cape Town, South Africa. Successfully handled the production, Inspection and quality control of 74 shipments due course
of my job and worked with the reputed clients Sunstream, Sunrise and Cordstrap.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Managing production related tasks including Production planning and control, trouble shooting. Achieving the
production targets within time and cost estimation parameters. Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve
pre-set production targets.
 Preparing standard operating procedures, manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit and

Coordinating with the Project In-charge / Site Manager to understand the site condition, stores readiness & prepare a Tentative Delivery Schedule and send it to S/S.  Assisting and guiding the project teams and in house teams in the usage of PS, MM, SD modules, PIRS, FECT and Team lead for analysis of Engineering Change Management, Work In Progress, Process, Development, Migration, Adobe form support, Non Billable Budgeting, Project wise deployment charts, Process, Development, Adobe support and Data migration work for all India projects, Vendor categorization for all the Imports, Local vendors and subcontractors.  Ensure accurate estimation, planning and effective delivery within agreed schedule, cost, scope & quality standards. Ability to take up the complete ownership of the delivery of the team which will contain predominantly vendor resources and directly managing the team capacity planning. Ensure proper collaboration and commitment of the vendor resources to the tasks assigned project delivery or training of staff.  Responsible for leading, mentoring and grooming the project team identifying training needs and bridging skill gaps. Show autonomy in resolving operational issues by understanding the context, constraints and possible work-around. Timely addressing and resolving the operational blockers & issues between the project teams. Timely escalations of unresolved issues gaps to Senior Managers with suggestive solutions. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Managing the Materials, stores management, purchasing of materials.  Preparation of BOM, MRL, RFQ, PR & PO.  Overall view of power distribution and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC Plants, Gensets.  Maintaining materials such as spare parts for the Plant and Machineries.  Maintenance of Concrete Pumps, Tower Cranes, Vibrators, Machinery, Batching plant and its concrete production.  Erection of ALFA cranes, ACE cranes, MAXOMIX, CP30 Batching Plants and Hoists.  Handling monthly Material reconciliation.  To prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all machinery and equipment's and ensure activities are carried out at a zero defect level as per the schedule.  Monitor all maintenance activities at site and provide necessary instructions to foremen and technicians to maintain a productive environment.  Record repair activities detailing the nature of repair, parts replaced, etc and submit reports to Maintenance Manager.  Maintain and update stock register/spares database and notify maintenance manager for immediate procurement of non available stock at store.  Inspect and confirm all purchased stocks are good, in order and notify supplier, if otherwise and replace.  Forecast list of spares needed at site in consultation with Maintenance Manager.  Prepare weekly and monthly reports of activities, observations if any, to suggest necessary actions and solutions for improvement.  To develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment at site.  Supervise Maintenance Foremen.
