 Heading the Facility Management and General Administration for the Taloja site admeasuring 1 Lac Sq. ft. set up
 Responsible for overall budgeting & cost management; policies & procedures formulation & implementation; contract
management; engineering services and lease administration.
 Managing day-to-day general administrative activities including Infrastructure management, Cafeteria, Travel, Housekeeping,
Couriers, Printers, Stationary, logistics, Security, Legal, etc. and have good control on overall Administration
 Establishing standardized processes and systems across the site to achieve efficiencies and cost optimization.
 CAPEX, OPEX budgeting, Spend analytics and allocations of OPEX cost with cost centre.
 Organising & participating in several internal & external audits by auditors
 Successfully driving major cost reduction projects and have achieved substantial savings viz. reduction of Transportation cost
by 11% (Usage of CNG vehicles) and reduction in Electricity Consumption by 5%.
