Manager (Personnel & Administration)”.
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Develops and maintains a human resource system that needs top management information needs.
• Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fil vacant positions.
• Searching candidates for recruitment and collecting the resumes by way of internal data bank & online applications,
employee references, etc.
• Scheduling the Interviews, calling candidates & verification of relevant educational, experience & other documents.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety and
sexual harassment.
• Coordinating with HOD in preparation of CSR Annual Budget and targets.
• Coordinating in conducting sports and games under CSR activities for the neighbouring villagers.
• Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equality with in organisation.
Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity with in organisation.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance. Coordinates safety committee meetings.
• Conducts wage surveys with in labour market to determine competitive wage rate.

reasons behind separations.

• Ensuring timely submission of all statutory returns and all license renewals, permissions, approvals from the
Government departments
• Looking after the site security administration and ensures better vigilance of the factory premises.
• Resolving employee grievances through counseling and implementation of labor friendly policies and procedures
• Managing disciplinary proceedings including drafting of charge sheets, warning notices, suspension orders in line with
the applicable law.
• Timely renewal of mediclaim policies, group personnel accident & workmen compensation policies for all the
employees.
• Spearheading nearly 700 contract labor force and supervising contractor for their statutory compliances.
• Supervising and ensuring maintenance all the statutory registers of the Contract Labour under the Contract Labour
(Regulation & Abolition) Rules 1971.
• Verifying and certifying monthly bills of all the contractor before forwarding to the Accounts department for making
payment.
• Provide guidance and support to contractors engaged at site in statutory compliance, documentation and ensure
harmonious industrial relations.
• To ensure online payment of the PF contributions of all contract labour as well as company employees with in the
stipulated period (i.e. on or before 15th
of every month as per the newly amended PF act).
Accomplishments:
• Contributed for the reductions 30% of manpower of contract labour deployment by coordinating with HOD’s and
contractors and optimized utilization.
• Dexterously introduced:
o Daily deployment sheet for the contract labor to restrict misuse of manpower and ensure the accountability of
the contractors as well as end users for optimum utilization.
o Introduced new scheme for contract labor and Vocational Trainees “Nagariksuraksha” medical scheme to save
huge amounts of medical bill liability for the company.
Sep’07 – Sep’08: IIC Technologies (P) Ltd., Hyderabad as Executive - Administration

• Introduced new attendance system linked with payroll at office to avoid mall practices and bring accuracy in the
attendance.
