PROFESSION EXPERIENCE
Currently Working with HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD -WATER DIVISION (DIRECT
SALES&RETAIL SALES) From July 2007 to till date.
Current Role – ZONAL SALES OFFICER. – Jan’2014 till date
Trade Zonal Sales Officer – Managing the Key Retail Modern Trade Chain outlets in
Madurai,Dindigul,Trichy,Tirunelveli and Karaikudi Dist.
Responsibilities:-
 Handling 7 key MT chains
 Responsible for both Primary and Secondary Sales.
 Need to ensure product assortment across all chains.
 Recruiting and Training to promoters.
 Ensure timely scheme settlement is done to MT chains.
 Ensuring proper implementation of all marketing activities-
Promotions/Scheme/New product Launch.
Initiatives-
 Got terms of trade signed by new MT Chains.
 Ensured MOP is maintained across all MT Chains.
 Initiated “Joint Business Plan” for Monthly, Quarterly Target/Credit Terms to ensure
growth in the business.
 Piloted the Take Back ( Pureit Exchange offer ) across all MT Chains.
 I Act as mentor to all the New ZSO.

Handling 15Key Dealers and 3 KSPs with the monthly turn-over of Rs 25 lakhs average business
and Manage 4team leaders, 15 sales executives and 2 service TLs by conducting review

 Target setting for Weekly and Monthly to respective executives.
 Conducting meeting for improvement of sales on weekly and monthly basis.

Initiatives-
 Headed the Pilot for Netro Ro+UV Device in Tirunelveli District
 Re-lunched the DTH programmer in Madurai, Dindigul and Trichy District. Which
improved the sales by 10%
 Started one of the most different and effective market activity called “Live RO-
Demo” increasing the RO sales by 12%
 Involved the Distributor in the Market and Sales activities to make them understand
the market conditions.

2014.
 Awarded as Perfect Team-Leader, best TL in Tamil Nadu for 2013
