PERSONAL PROFILE
I believed passion and enthusiast is key important factor to excel in any jobs or tasks. I always try to put and give
maximum capacity as I can to enjoy and get my job satisfaction. At this age, I should be thankful to God for thousands
of learning opportunities that has been given for me to dig and expand. And, I always believe that learning process
would never stop until my last breath.
As graduated in Bachelor of Health Sciences (Nutrition), I enrolled my career life as retail nutritionist in GNC Live
Well, Kluang Mall outlet. In GNC, I was responsible to giving product recommendation to customers, involve in selling
skills, product knowledge transfer, customer build up and retail operation works. My efforts by creating own pamphlet
for high demand products has captured a splendid result when customers started to aware the goodness and needs of
particular products as their lifestyle support. I always try to maintain to achieve RM350 per ticket in every transaction,
since this is ground target for us to meet revenue objectives.
Young spirit has led me to try new working environment in different industries. I have jumped in to one of challenging
industry which is direct selling/MLM industry. I was appointed as Junior Marketing Executive in Sahajidah Hai-O
Marketing. Although I served in short term period, I involved in giving product talk and product training to company’s
distributors through series of product presentation. For project-based tasks, I participated as committee for slimming
and transformation campaign project among distributors. This has helped me to gained skills in project/ campaign
management.
My career in MLM industry has continued in CMN Brands. This current two years in CMN Brands very inspiring. I
started my career as Sales & Training Executive. Joining a brand-new set up company in country was challenging
difficult but experience I’ve gained is invaluable. It taught me to be independent, multi task, good team player and stands
for passion. As company speaker and product trainer, has trained me to become a good networking and business builder.
I also involved in deliver personal coaching and motivational among distributor to make sure in line with company
blueprint. After a year, I’ve been promoted as Associate Manager, Sales & Training and currently as Head of
Department. As this industry all about people’s business, hence I have developed outstanding rapport among distributors
and leads a strong retention rate in company.

OVERVIEW A brand-new company that has been set up in Malaysia on Oct 2016.
Running business through direct selling concept and retail. Products are
premium plastic containers used for foods, cosmetics and health foods.
Most of sales derive from independent distributors while company
focused on providing products, sufficient stocks, bonus and activities for
them.
JOB DESCRIPTION 1) Management/managerial
• HOD for Sales & Training.
• Involve in decision making regarding in company pathway and
revenue enhancement.
• Contribute in determining company policy and enhancing
Standard Operation Procedure.
• Analyse distributors’ sales activities and revenue (ROI) to keep
impactful sales program in future.
2) Sales/ business development
• Assist distributors and customers in expanding market through
key network and geographical area by conducting business
opportunity program.
• Lead & in charge East Malaysia Region in term of sales growth,
sales activities & market development.
• Handle market analysis study - compensation plan comparison
in order to strengthen current compensation plan which
objectively to create impactful business results.
• Plan and execute company promotional campaign among
distributors by delivering correct campaign information and
campaign action plan.
3) Training
• Plan and arrange series of holistic training among distributors.
• Conduct training need analysis (TNA) which focus in
networking growth and build up.
• Act as company speaker especially focus and related with
product knowledge, compensation plan and others.
• Conduct medium scale training (50 pax above) and small-scale
training together with hands-on training such as prospecting,
recruiting, retail booth merchandising and motivational to make
sure distributors well equipped with basic selling skills.
• Handle coaching and goal setting work to distributors to keep all
activities would meet financial plan.
4) Key Account/ distributors & customer management
• Maintain a strong rapport and engagement with distributors to
ensure strong retention rate.
• Analyse customer or distributors needs, hence help them to fulfil
market enlargement.
• Develop accounts plans, strategy and drives implementation of
key account/ key leaders.
• Monitor, analyse & strategize for key result areas i.e: key
account/ leaders goal setting, customer relationship and team
build up.
• Overcome and solved key account networking problem &
circumstances.
ACHIEVEMENT 1) Monthly top region sales
- East Malaysia region was the highest sales in every month due
to higher demand and continuous support from region
distributors.
2) Contribute 55-70% sales revenue of company
- East Malaysia region was the biggest contributor towards
company sales revenue since frequent visit and coaching
always motivate them to fight incentive challenge.
3) Highest key leaders number in the region
- Number of top distributors (whichever higher rank/ high sales)
60% from East Malaysia region.
4) Carry high volume trip qualifier
- In Direct Selling, overseas incentives trip was one of the
indicator to measure distributors achievement. 2 trips that had
been launched by company in 2017 (Chiang Mai & Osaka,
JPN) number of achiever 80% were from East Malaysia
region.

My efforts by creating own pamphlet for high demand products has captured a splendid result when customers started to aware the goodness and needs of particular products as their lifestyle support. I always try to maintain to achieve RM350 per ticket in every transaction, since this is ground target for us to meet revenue objectives.
