1. PERSONAL PROFILE
I believed passion and enthusiast is key important factor to excel in any jobs or tasks. I always try to put and give
maximum capacity as I can to enjoy and get my job satisfaction. At this age, I should be thankful to God for thousands
of learning opportunities that has been given for me to dig and expand. And, I always believe that learning process
would never stop until my last breath.
As graduated in Bachelor of Health Sciences (Nutrition), I enrolled my career life as retail nutritionist in GNC Live
Well, Kluang Mall outlet. In GNC, I was responsible to giving product recommendation to customers, involve in selling
skills, product knowledge transfer, customer build up and retail operation works. My efforts by creating own pamphlet
for high demand products has captured a splendid result when customers started to aware the goodness and needs of
particular products as their lifestyle support. I always try to maintain to achieve RM350 per ticket in every transaction,
since this is ground target for us to meet revenue objectives.
Young spirit has led me to try new working environment in different industries. I have jumped in to one of challenging
industry which is direct selling/MLM industry. I was appointed as Junior Marketing Executive in Sahajidah Hai-O
Marketing. Although I served in short term period, I involved in giving product talk and product training to company’s
distributors through series of product presentation. For project-based tasks, I participated as committee for slimming
and transformation campaign project among distributors. This has helped me to gained skills in project/ campaign
management.
My career in MLM industry has continued in CMN Brands. This current two years in CMN Brands very inspiring. I
started my career as Sales & Training Executive. Joining a brand-new set up company in country was challenging
difficult but experience I’ve gained is invaluable. It taught me to be independent, multi task, good team player and stands

JOB DESCRIPTION 1) Management/managerial
• HOD for Sales & Training.
• Involve in decision making regarding in company pathway and
revenue enhancement.
• Contribute in determining company policy and enhancing
Standard Operation Procedure.
• Analyse distributors’ sales activities and revenue (ROI) to keep
