 Joined as Senior Executive – Retail at Vodafone Store Krishnanagar on 3rd Feb 2015 to handle theoverall
Store Operations.
 Promoted as Assistant Manager - Store In March 2016.
 The Store is a 600 Sq.ft. Store located in prominent location of Krishnanagar City to cater the Customer needs. The
Team comprises of 10-11 staffs,all of them reportingto me daily basis.
 Few achievements to be mentioned are achieving 300+ Postpaid No’s in March 15, Decrease in Doc Pendency from
store and major work was done to improve the infra of the store so , as to improve the overall ambience & customer
service level in the store .The Best Part is that we are still maintaining the same and delighting the customers in the
best possible manner to achievethe company’s primeobjectiveof CXX .

iWorld, is known as the "Class Technology Retailer"in India for its customer service and retail metrics
 Joined as a Sales Consultant in Iworld, Vasant Kunj on 6th Nov 2011 to deal with day to day sales & understanding
customer needs & closing thesale.
 Promoted to Senior Sales Consultant in the samestore on April 2013.
 Promoted to Asst. Store Manager and transferred to Iworld Galleria on 21st April 2014, to handle newly opened store
in the posh Galleria Market in Gurgaon. The Current Store is a 1700 sqft store totally complying with the Apple
Planogram.
 The Current Business That We offer to the Organization currently is almost around 2.8 Cr/Month which was around
1.6Cr/Month when the Store was started in April 14. So, there is a whopping 75% growth that we have achieved by
workingas a team.
 Currently under me there is a team of 4 sales consultants, 1 service engineer & 3 housekeeping staff and I need to
report to the StoreManager.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 To ensure store personnel’s are providing exceptional customer service.
 This includes answering questions and assisting with product selection, purchases, and returns.
 To help ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised.
 To make sure all store policies, procedures, and controls are followed, as well as planning, organizing, and
delegating work among staff.
 And Moreover the ability to deal with problems as they arise.
