Responsibilities:
 Building and maintaining customer relationship with the customers across the Globe.
 Strategic planning for revenue generation for the Company.
 Providing service/ solutions to the customers by understanding their requirements/ issues from the prelaunch
stage of the project till the handing over of the project.
 Managing the entire operations of the Projects including legal, technical and finance, assigned by the
Company through a structured process and team.
 Supporting the customers with the service of facilitating home loans for quick and hassle free process.
 Supporting the Core Sales team by generating reference sales through existing customers.
 Training the team members.
Attainments:
 Hadled more than 5000 customers across the Globe in different projects.
 Became the Zonal Head, in charge of 6 projects in North Bangalore
 Continuously achieved the yearly targets with the record collection of 110 Cr from a single project and
generated extra 8 Cr revenue for the Company by channelizing business through partners.
 Hadled the biggest project of the Company
 Handed over the apartments to 1000 happy customers with zero compensation for the delay in completion
and zero escalations to Senior Management.
 Developed a new department of assisting the customers with home loans by appointing corporate DSAs.
 Generated new sales through DSAs.
 Worked with the project teams of 40 executives and contributed to the Company by moulding the team
mebers as managers to handle complicated issues through proper training.
