ORIGINATION;
NAM / CANADA Loan Trading Operations: -
 Dealing Bilateral & Non- Bilateral Portfolios.
 Preparation of bilateral facility documentation (using approved templates) working with Legal
department and other internal parties as necessary.
 Parallel with agent bank and counsel on any documentation issues.
 Reviewing of the Loan Documentation to ascertainthe key operational clauses and input data into
ACBS ensuring all operational requirements are met.
 Undertaking new drawings, rollovers, rate fixing, repayments and prepayments in accordance with
Loan Documentation ensuring that all limit controls and CP's have been adhered to.
 Handling Classified Deals.
 Responsibilityfor the preparation of in house facilitydocumentation, as well as performing a
coordination, checking and control role through to the execution and Condition Precedent (CP)
satisfactionstage,ensuring that documentation complies with internal approvals and
requirements.
 Sending on time requested wires to the Borrowers through preparing manually via database.
 Monitor Receipt of Funds, Escalating any non-payments in accordance with operating procedures.
 Reviewing documentation. Ensuring notifications are sent to all relevant parties. Update ACBS as
appropriate.
 Investigate & resolving the Transactional issues.
 Ensuring observance to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLA’s
agreement.
 People management by addressingqueries and providing assistance in process.
Reconciliation:
 Reconciling breaks through CashBreak Manager.
 Proposing matches in TLM.
Other responsibilities :
 Ensured that high priority was given to FX loans like EUR/JPY/GBP/CAD/AUD
 Manage the bank syndicate group during deal closing and coordinate the initial fund borrowing (if
any)
 Liaise among lenders, counsel and the borrower to resolve any administrative issues,and manage
all correspondence relating to amendments/waivers.
 Co-ordination role working with offshore Relationship officers and internal parties (this function
also incorporates activities listed under "Documentation" above.

 Raise any issues or discrepancies with Relationship Manager/Analyst and Credit to ensure that
issues are either clarified or resolved prior to executing the loan documents.
 Ensure all exceptions/breaks are reviewed, chased and escalated if a when requires liaise with
middle and front office to ensure timelypayments transactions;
 Maintainingexcellent client relationship by constantly engaging with them through calls and
emails;
