Designation: Teritory sales officer (December 2012 - Present)
Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Looking after Wide Network of dealers in UP west
• Achievement of sales Volume /value as per YTD
• Develop & maintain the territory coverage plan.
• Have to keep in check the profitability margin of dealers time to time.
• Have to expand the Network throughout keeping in mind proper pricing should be maintain through out network.
• Have to conduct ( Contractors/painters ) Training in order to aware them with the products.
• Have to look after dealers issues & solve them in time.
• Have to look after town level,category level,product level of dealer
• Gathering competitor information & act on them if it’s in company benefit.
• Interacting with contactors & end consumers panel to track market trends/unmet needs.
• Have to satisfy the customer from commencement of the project till end.
• Have to get proper feedback & references.
• To meet with the end customers to understand their painting requirements & recommend them accordingly.
• To generate fresh painting sites & also new contractors who should be willing to work with the company.
• To maintain effective communication with Dealer network in order to maintain buffer Inventory.for some unique
shades of special products.

• Conducted awareness & promotional activities through installing canopies & dealers-cum-contractors meet.
• Conducted training programme for painters.
• Conducted n numbers of painters meet to make them learn.
• Attended Regular Workshops of Newly Launched products.

• Meeting with the architects & interior designers to specify our products in their projects.
