Project Description: This is support and maintains project for a Fortune 500 Healthcare
customer. This is a global engagement with customer spread across the globe. To maintain the
application uptime and providing resolutions to the users for any issues encountered by them
while accessing the application. We are maintaining SLA of 99% since we took over the support
of this engagement. I was able to stabilized the operations and optimized the resources by
maintaining the SLA at 99% and maintaining CDI(customer delight index) at 5/5 for past 3 years.

Project Description: This program is to migrate legacy ITG and SDM tools to servicenow.
Servicenow is a cloud platform which is an ITSM tool. Currently in this organization we have
implemented Incident, Problem, Change and Service catalog modules during this implementation.
I am playing role of project manager for Change module and have handled multiple vendor teams
which include functional, development and testing team. We are working in Agile, Scrum model
for this project.

Responsibilities included:
1. Managing the development team and assigning tasks to them to be performed and
tracking them to closure.
2. Helping development team by clarifying their questions on the requirements.
3. Working with stake holders to gather the requirements and creating stories and assigning
the priority for them to be aligned to the sprints.
4. Managing the entire process of end to end execution and maintain the project plan with
time lines and getting things done within the time lines to meet business needs.
5. Communicating with the stake holders for requirements gathering as well as UAT testing
and signoff.
