Responsible for profitability, growth and retention of the second
largest office within the Jack Gaughen family. Under my
management, the York Office won the Master’s Cup award in 2013,
for having the highest profitability and growth for the year. Also
was in the top 20% of NRT offices for 2013.
Key Projects:
Implemented secondary office in Stewartstown, PA.
Worked with the President of JGR to create a café style office
to increase market share and profitability in Southern York
County. This included design of office space, getting licensee
approval from RE Commission, Creating Marketing Plan and
helping agents transition from one office to the other.
Currently managing both York and Stewartstown locations
comprising of 42 agents .
Coaching, Training, Mentoring of agents and staff through
one on one, group and office wide meetings and workshops

Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA, Camp Hill, PA – 1/2004 – 5/11
Trainer
Responsible for Education & Agent Development for both new and experienced agents.
Created curriculum as well as enhanced existing curriculum to reflect market conditions
and best practices. Classroom size ranged from 3 students to over 100 and consisted of
both live and virtual training environments.
Key Projects:
Implemented Continuing Education program for the company, working with a
partner school in Pittsburgh. Worked to get classes approved by the RE
commission, taught and distributed CE credits.
Worked with sister companies to implement an Exam Prep class to help students
prepare to take the Real Estate Exam
Pre-License Instructor (through independent school). I instructed students in two
30 hour classes required to obtain a real estate license
Responsible for coordinating and implementing the rollout of HomeBase software
program to all branch offices. Responsible for making sure both staff and
independent contractors were educated and trained in the program. Created
presentations and educational materials for classes.

I began working for this company as a receptionist and was promoted consistently through
the 12 years I worked there with my final position being Product Marketing Engineer. Key
responsibilities ranged from preparing scope and job take-offs to creating marketing and
sale tools, training sessions for field employees, conducting tours of facilities to customers
and explaining the manufacturing process. Each position was technical in nature and
required a technical aptitude as well as thinking outside the box to solve problems and
provide customer satisfaction.
