2. ADOBE PHOTOSHOP
I used Photoshop for the Front
Cover and for the Contents Page.
The key things I learned about in
connection with this Software, was
Text editing with colour, stretching
and effects. As well as Image
editing, with lighting effects,
saturation and layers.
3. ADOBE INDESIGN
I used Photoshop for the Front
Cover and for the Contents Page.
The key things I learned about in
connection with this Software was
text placement in boxes as well as
images. There were also effects
like Drop Caps.
4. FONTVIEWER
FontViewer was invaluable in the
creative process of this magazine.
I could temporarily install fonts that
were not installed on the
computers at school. However,
they had to be re- loaded every
time you loaded the project.
5. DIGITAL SLR CAMERAS
These machines helped me
capture the moments I was looking
for, in that I had more options to
choose for exposure, depth of field
etc. These helped me capture the
images I had imagined in my
head.
6. FLIPSNACK & SLIDESHARE
These websites enabled me to
publish documents very quickly
and embed them on my blog.
Including this evaluation. They did
have a few problems with the East
Norfolk internet, however, because
the security sometimes blocked
some of the sites’ functionality.
7. PREZI
This website allowed me to very
creative in displaying my ideas.
The templates available, make the
presentation very pleasant to
watch. The one issue was that it
could only be used as a website,
so sometimes uploads would be
slow, and stop entirely if you lost
connection.
